    Online Store Returns/Exchange Policy:

    You may exchange any unworn/unlaundered items purchased from Upstate Tailgate, Inc. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges on exchanges/returns for wrong items ordered.

    You may return most items sold by Upstate Tailgate, Inc. within 15 days of delivery for a full merchandise refund (excluding shipping charges). We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error, or that of a drop-ship from the manufacturer.

    CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY: Return date extended until 1/5/18. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!

    Drop Ships:

    We do have some vendors that will drop ship directly from their warehouse and therefore you may receive your order in more than ONE shipment. This is only a process that will help expedite your order and for you our valued customer to receive your order in a timely manner.

    We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

    • Any item that is worn or laundered
    • Any item not returned in its' original packaging with labels attached, etc.
    • Any product missing the serial number or UPC tags.
    • Items that are returned more than 15 days after delivery or are missing tags or packaging may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
    • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged (not caused by manufacturer), or is missing parts will not be refunded.
    • Any item that is returned without a Return Authorization Number.

    Any order returned in whole or in part that included free shipping (and falls under the free shipping purchase minimum) will have a shipping charge equal to a normal applicable shipping fee deducted from the total refund.

    To insure you receive your credit or exchange, please be sure to include a copy of your receipt and contact us at info@upstatetailgate.com to receive a Return Authorization number. Please make sure this number is visible on the Outside of your returned item and is only written on an exterior shipping box and NOT on the original manufacture's box of the product.

    We also recommend using one of the following carriers: UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS Priority Mail (InsuredSignature Required). We cannot be responsible for merchandise lost/stolen when returned. Please protect yourself.

    Upstate Tailgate, Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable.
