We are currently seeking to fill a full time position with a motivated and friendly associate. This position is for about 25-30 hours per week. ONLY serious candidates please.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Greeting and Assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
- Demonstrate product knowledge and explain features and benefits to customers
- Conduct sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by straightening merchandise as needed
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Checking in, folding, and putting out merchandise as needed
- This position is mainly for daytime shift (11-4pm), but be available for night shifts from time to time
- Candidate must be available WEEKENDS and extended Mall Holiday Hours.
Skills:
- Strong attendance is a must
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in mall retail sales is preferred but not required
- Ability to sell and up-sell products and services effectively
- Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work well unsupervised or even working some shifts alone
